Tan Lines award winning Gin, limoncello, lemon, butterfly pea, egg whites & soda. Vegan available. A sweet citrus refresher with colour-changing butterfly pea syrup. Make sure you stir it well!

Vodka, chai, lavender, cream, vanilla spice. Maybe the most indulgent chai you've ever tried.
Salty Dog
Salted peanut butter twist on our famous espresso martini. We blend Sheepdog Peantut Butter Whiskey with Frangelico, Long Shots Coffee (fresh pulled espress) and topped with a peanut butter chocolate pretzel.
Batty Ratty
Ratu spiced rum liqueur, Licor 43, lemon & mandarin. Everything from citrus to chocolate to coconut happening here. We still don't exactly know how it works so well, but it does!
Rhubarb Crumble
Apple whiskey, amaretto, orgeat, cinnamon, rhubarb foam. Delicious spiced sweetness.

Bulleit Bourbon, maple, bitters, applewood soke. Everything you love about an Old Fashioned, but better. Boozy, a little sweet and smokey in a floral kind of way.

Riff on the classic Bramble with Tanqueray gin, lemon, and the exquisite Pavan muscat liqueur. Fresh and zesty with a sweet muscat drizzle.
